Returns/Exchange Policy

Return Policy

We accept returned items (unless otherwise noted) for store credit within 14 days of delivery date. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging and with original tags still attached. All shipping charges for returns/exchanges are to be covered by the customer. At this time, we are unable to accept returns for sanitary goods, hazardous materials, gift cards, software, or flammable liquids or gases. 

All sale items are final purchases and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Currently international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to unpredictable nature of local and international customs. 

Exchanges must be returned within 14 days of delivery date with RA. Your returns must be shipped within 3 days of the RA being generated, if customer fails to follow procedures exchanges will be denied. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and all shipping charges fore exchanges are to be covered by the customer. 

How to return items back to us:

All returns must be authorized. Email support@explicitstreetwear.com with your order # before shipping out your return. www.explicitstreetwear.com is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit; we highly suggest that you use a courier with a track able shipping service.

Once the item has been returned to us and processed, you will receive your store credit via email. Store credits are valid for use online at www.explicitstreetwear.com.
